Telur33 Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the telur33 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out here. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and telur33.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the telur33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your state to use our services. Use of this platform is also subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of telur33 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your telur33 account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Log out from shared devices after every session.
  • Keep your personal information up to date whenever there are changes.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a telur33 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the platform's systems.
  • Fraud, match manipulation or any form of dishonest conduct during gameplay.
  • Use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised third-party tools.
  • Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
  • Distributing obscene, inciteful or otherwise unlawful content through the platform in violation of Malaysian law.

Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and telur33 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the telur33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay and bank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set from time to time.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the account holder. telur33 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity, pending review and compliance with financial regulations.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. telur33 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by the user.

Liability & Intellectual Property

The telur33 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. telur33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss or damage caused by software bugs.

All content on this platform — including logos, text, graphics, designs, software and code — is the intellectual property of telur33 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse any such content without prior written consent from telur33.

Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform do not imply that telur33 endorses or is responsible for the content of those sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Telur33 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
